Technology is getting out of hand,i wonder if it will ever plateau. I myslef feel like it has but that is just my perspective on the shit. Ill I know is that I can you tube until my eyes hurt.
Todays run was a six miler with the santa monica steps.
Lets kick it up a notch next time.
